Information / Cape Coral

Cape Coral is located in subtropical Southwest Florida at the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of Lee County which consists of Cape Coral and nearby Fort Myers. The best way to reach Cape Coral is to take a flight into Fort Myers Regional Southwest Airport. Afterward, you can continue your trip by rental car which takes you about 20 more minutes.

Cape Coral is one of America's fastest growing communities. An extensive system of salt and fresh water channels offers a special southern flair.

The villa we are offering is situated next to a salt water channel which offers easy access to the Caloosahatchee River as well as the Gulf of Mexico and the nearby islands of Sanibel, Captiva or Pine Island. Not only will you find impressive landscapes and wide water areas that are perfect for water skiing, but you will also be amazed by the beautiful sand beaches that offer tropical hideaways for sun seekers.

Cape Coral is a quiet and very secure city with an extremely low crime rate. There are plenty of gulf courses or tennis courts as well as many restaurants with a wide variety of offers and prices. Everyone will find the place that best fits their needs! Of course, there are also many movie theaters, shoping malls and other shops and markets, many of which are open around the clock.

Fun searchers will find the perfect place to be in Fort Myers Beach which is only a 30 minutes drive away. You can also get there by boat, which will take you approximately an hour. Within the same range of time, you can get to Sanibel Island which is a paradise for nature lovers. Naturaly preserves as well as wide sand and shell beaches make it the paradise you have always been looking for!

Due to its location right in the heart of Florida, Cape Coral is the perfect foothold to many of Florida's great attractions. Within only 2 - 4 hours of driving, you have the opportunity to visit all of the major sights such as Disney World, the Universal Studios, Seaworld, Gatorworld, Cypress Gardens, Jungle Garden, Busch Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the Everglades National Park, Miami and sparkling Miami Beach. Just on the other side of Caloosahatchee River, in Fort Myers, you will have the chance to visit the winter estates of two great American inventors, the houses of H. Ford and T.A. Edison.

With an average of 340 days of sunshine a year, you will experience a practically never ending summer!
